OFFICIAL NOTICE
The regular Board of Directors Meeting has been re-scheduled for
Sunday August 29, 2010, at 10:00 A.M.
Please note:
All Election Petitions to run for the Board of
Directors and the Office of Ombudsman, must submitted no later than
August 29, 2010 at 12 Noon.

The Membership Meeting has been re-scheduled for Sunday
September
5th, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at the Winona Lakes Clubhouse.
The specific purpose of this meeting will be for the presentation of
the adopted 2010-2011 operating budget.

Three Directors suspended for
actions on June 5, 2010 in Special Meeting
Directors Daniel
D’Arco, Jeffery Reichl and Terry Langan were
suspended from their duties for a period of 30
days for their actions in the Community Center on
June 5, 2010 by the Board of Directors.
While the proxy
court challenge to the validity was in the Court
of Common Pleas, the three above named Directors
called or were a party to an improperly called
Special Meeting to which they took action against
other Directors. They did without a proper quorum
(minimum of five) conduct Association Board
business and did declare other Directors removed
as Board members, order staff to lock them out of
the buildings and violate numerous bylaws.
There was a Special
Meeting called to take any and all action in
regard to this matter on August 1, 2010 at 10:00
am. Director Daniel D’Arco attended but left
abruptly. Directors Reichl and Director Langan did
not attend. The period of suspension is from
August 1, 2010 to August 30, 2010.

That there is no burning of garbage of any kind permitted in Middle
Smithfield Township. Violators will be subject to fine and a charge
from the Fire Department, and the EPA.
For Lehman Township Residents
burning is permitted during the following days:
Monday - Friday 5:00
p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
No Burning on Sundays
nor Holidays
All other times by permit, issued by Zoning Officer.
