Only members in good standing are
permitted to use the amenities. Current
membership photo ID is required to enter the pool
area.
"NO EXCEPTIONS!" Guests must adhere to all
rules and regulations of the Association.
Members will be responsible for their guest's
actions. A member with privileges suspended
due to violations of the By-Laws and/or Rules and
Regulations of the Association may not be a guest of
another member in the use of the amenities and
facilities established by the Association.
Any resident providing a guest pass to a member in
bad standing for use of the amenities is subject to
loss of privileges indefinitely and/or be subject to
a fine!

Renters are entitled, as guests to
use the amenities only in the home owner/member is
current in all fees and the renter is registered in
the Winona Lakes Administration Office.

No one is permitted in the pool
enclosure except during operation hours, and only
when lifeguards are on duty!

The primary responsibility of the
lifeguards is for the safety of the swimmers.
The lifeguards on duty may close the pool during
operation hours due to reasons of safety, weather or
maintenance. Lifeguards have the authority to
order any offender of the rules out of the pool for
any portion of the day appropriate at their
discretion. Chronic pool offenders may be
suspended for a day, week, month, season or any
portion thereof.

Socializing with or distracting the
lifeguards while they are on duty is prohibited!

Anyone under the age of 13
must be accompanied by an adult whom is 18
years of age or older, and will be responsible for
their conduct and safety. No child under the
age of 5 is permitted in the water without
supervision of an adult in the water with them.

No horse playing, pushing/shoving,
dunking, or any other behavior deemed hazardous by
the lifeguards is permitted in or around the pool
area!

No running in or around the pool
area!

No roller blades, skateboards,
bicycles, or scooters are permitted in or around the
pool area or concrete picnic area.

No pets of any kind, with the
exception of dogs trained to aid the blind or
handicapped are permitted in or around the pool
area.
